Shipping Policy

  • Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage for U.S. residents. Please allow 3-5 business days.
  • International orders will be shipped through USPS International Airmail outside the U.S. Please allow 7-14 business days.
  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of the order date. If we are unable to process your order due to incomplete payment information or out of stock item(s), it may take up to an additional 5-10 business days to process and ship.


    *Customer is liable for all customs fees/VAT and any additional shipping charges. 



    Return Policy 

    Online Policy

    • We accept all returns for unworn or defective merchandise from Josh & Chloe Online Store www.joshchloe.com within the first 30 days of receiving your purchase for a full refund (original shipping fee is not refundable).
    • Order number and photo of the item being returned must be sent to customerservice@joshchloe.com to start a return process.
    • Most inquiries are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and process your return.
    • Please allow up to additional 3-5 business days for the funds to be credited to your account. 
    • Item missing from your order? We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please email us at customerservice@joshchloe.com within 48 hours of package delivery.
